Lottery timeline

| May 22, 2026 | Lottery window opens. Pre-application submissions are accepted and entered into a lottery. |
| June 5, 2026 | Lottery window closes. Last day to enter. Submissions after this date go to the waitlist in timestamp order. |
| June 8, 2026 | Lottery drawn. All 30% and 50% AMI submissions are assigned a random position number. |
| June 8 – July 1, 2026 | Applicant outreach & full income qualification. Selected applicants are contacted in lottery order, offered a position, and must complete full income verification within 72 hours of acceptance. |
| July 1, 2026 | Target move-in for the units vacant at building opening. Applicants contacted in pool & lottery order. Estimated 5–10 vacant units will be ready and available for move-in. |
